Manager, Applied AI Solutions Architecture (AI): Driving adoption of frontier AI by enabling deployment of hirify.global’s products through Global and Regional System Integrators, cloud partners (AWS, GCP), and strategic technology partners with an accent on building and leading a team of Partner Solutions Architects. Focus on establishing processes and best practices for partner-led pre-sales engagements, and representing hirify.global as the technical lead on its most important partnerships.

Location: San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY. Expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time.

Salary: $315,000 - $380,000 USD

What you will do

• Hire, manage, and mentor a team of Partner Solutions Architects, setting goals and coaching them toward high productivity and career growth.
• Act as the senior technical thought partner to hirify.global’s GTM partnerships team, co-building partner strategy and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
• Embed your team with GSI and cloud partner technical teams to enable their AI practices and evangelize hirify.global in their developer communities.
• Lead partners in identifying high-value, industry-specific GenAI applications and develop joint solutions.
• Own the technical portion of partner-led pre-sales engagements, providing deep solution architecture guidance on strategic deals.
• Gather and validate feedback on hirify.global’s products from partner deployments and deliver it to Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• 7+ years in technical customer-facing or partner-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Partner SE, TAM).
• 3+ years managing pre-sales or partner-facing technical teams.
• Track record building and scaling partnerships with GSIs (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, TCS, Infosys) and/or cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Deep understanding of partner-led selling and delivery: indirect revenue models, enablement at scale, and joint GTM motions.
• Technical depth in enterprise AI deployments: LLM architecture, prompt engineering, evaluation, API integrations, and production use cases.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence.

Nice to have

• 5+ years leading partner-facing SA teams through hypergrowth.
• Direct experience helping GSIs or consultancies build their AI/ML practice.
