What you will do

• Analyze incoming insurance claims and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Investigate policy coverage, liability, and damage assessments to determine resolutions.
• Coordinate with policyholders, agents, and adjusters to gather information and provide updates.
• Negotiate and settle claims within established authority limits and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain thorough claim records, including all communications and financial transactions.
• Identify and escalate potential fraudulent claims to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-3 years of experience in claims analysis or a related insurance role.
• Strong knowledge of insurance principles, practices, and regulations.
• Must be based in New Hampshire.

Nice to have

• Experience with Property, MTC (Motor Truck Cargo), Builder's Risk, Yacht, Rec Marine, Auto PD and Liability, and Casualty.
