TL;DR
Business Support Specialist (SaaS): Handling client inquiries and troubleshooting product and training questions for salon and spa management software with an accent on active listening and problem-solving. Focus on identifying the nature of client issues, documenting resolutions in Salesforce, and building deep technical knowledge of the Meevo product.
Location: Remote (US). Must be available to work EST hours: M-F 11:30 AM to 8:15 PM and Sat 9:00 AM to 5:45 PM.
Salary: $39,000 – $40,000

What you will do
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat to resolve product and training questions.
- Utilize inquisitive questioning and active listening to identify the root cause of client issues.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and advocate for customer needs.
- Document all interactions and resolutions within Salesforce.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Meevo products, integrations, and business scenarios.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
- 0-5 years of experience in a customer service-related role.
- Reliable Internet Service Provider.
- Ability to work specific EST shifts, including Saturdays.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with logical and analytical problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the beauty industry.
- Experience with Salesforce.
