What you will do

• Conceptualize, develop, and assess GN&C sensors and systems for complex applications.
• Derive plans and procedures for solving complex integration and test problems across the program lifecycle.
• Lead technical baseline activities including SRR, PDR, and CDR.
• Conduct high-fidelity sensor modeling, test development, and performance analysis.
• Identify system-level technical risks and execute mitigation strategies.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and present technical findings to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Systems Engineering, or Applied Physics.
• 5-7 years of experience in Systems Engineering or a relevant role.
• Demonstrated experience integrating and testing complex hardware systems.
• Experience evaluating high-precision inertial sensor technology and associated error models.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage priorities, scope, and schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience with motion simulators, rate tables, or indexing heads.
• Background in environmental testing (vibration, shock, pressure, temperature).
• Familiarity with LabVIEW, Python, MATLAB, and Simulink.
• Experience with DOORS for requirements traceability and V&V.
• Knowledge of digital signal processing and control theory.
