• Review payer/provider contracts and identify key reimbursement provisions.
• Validate and correct reimbursement terms within the Turquoise platform.
• Perform self-QA to ensure the accuracy of loaded rates.
• Share product feedback to improve internal workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Working knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and payer/provider contracts.
• Working knowledge of billing and coding.
• Experience auditing and reviewing revenue cycle contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
