Registered Nurse - Freelance AI Trainer Project

Location: Worldwide, remote

Salary: $6–$65 per hour, with the final rate based on experience, expertise, and geographic location.

What you will do

• Test advanced language models using clinical scenarios and nursing judgment questions.
• Evaluate factual accuracy, logical soundness, and clinical reasoning.
• Document reproducible model errors and failure modes.
• Review topics including disease management, medication administration, patient safety, EHR documentation, infection control, emergency response, and interprofessional communication.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Requirements

• Active registered nurse license.
• Associate’s, bachelor’s, or master’s degree in nursing or a closely related healthcare field.
• Knowledge of patient care, clinical assessment, pharmacology, care planning, nursing ethics, and evidence-based practice.
• Clear metacognitive communication and the ability to explain clinical reasoning.
• Secure computer and high-speed internet required.

Nice to have

• Clinical experience in hospital, outpatient, or community health settings.
