Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in M&A, corporate law, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.
• Deep expertise in M&A deal structuring, valuation, due diligence, and integration planning.
• Law degree (JD or equivalent) is required.
• Strong analytical communication skills with the ability to explain complex deal concepts precisely.
• Ability to work as an independent contractor with your own secure computer and high-speed internet.
