What you will do

• Converse with AI models on complex clinical scenarios and theoretical medical questions.
• Verify the factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses.
• Capture and document reproducible error traces in model reasoning.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
• Challenge models on topics including differential diagnosis, drug interactions, and treatment protocols.

Requirements

• Fluency in German is required.
• Medical degree (MD, DO) or a master’s/PhD in a health sciences field.
• Expertise in internal medicine, pharmacology, pathology, or clinical diagnostics.
• Clinical experience, hospital-based practice, or public health project involvement.
• Ability to provide clear, metacognitive communication and document work processes.
• Must be based in the United States.
