What you will do

• Evaluate advanced language models using real-world healthcare scenarios and theoretical questions in English and French.
• Assess clinical accuracy, logical coherence, patient communication, healthcare ethics, and evidence-based responses.
• Document reproducible model failure modes and error traces.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
• Test topics including disease prevention, treatment protocols, health equity, clinical documentation, and healthcare systems.

Requirements

• Fluent French is required, with knowledge of healthcare delivery in French-speaking regions.
• English communication is required for working with the model in both languages.
• Clinical or administrative healthcare experience and familiarity with patient care standards and healthcare systems.
• Clear metacognitive communication and the ability to explain reasoning.
• A master's degree in nursing, public health, medicine, healthcare administration, or a closely related field is ideal.
