What you will do

• Verify clinical accuracy and logical coherence of model responses.
• Capture and document reproducible error traces to improve model reasoning.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
• Apply expertise in clinical workflows, diagnostics, and public health to harden model performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in Algeria
• Fluency in French (C1+) and English (B2+)
• Master’s degree in nursing, public health, medicine, or healthcare administration
• Professional experience in clinical or administrative healthcare settings
• Familiarity with patient care standards and healthcare systems
• Ability to provide a secure computer and high-speed internet connection
