What you will do

• Conduct training on Utilization Review processes, clinical rules, and software enhancements.
• Develop educational materials and clinical scenarios by collaborating across departments.
• Partner with Workforce Planning and HR to manage training schedules and identify staff concerns.
• Perform one-on-one coaching based on monthly quality audit findings to resolve process adherence issues.
• Assess educational effectiveness and advise leadership on performance improvement opportunities.
• Serve as the primary contact for staff regarding criteria, policy, and process clarifications.

Requirements

• Must hold a current, active, and unrestricted RN, LVN, or LPN license in a U.S. state or territory.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 2 years of experience in direct clinical care or managed care settings.
• 1 year of direct virtual or face-to-face training experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and webinar tools.
• Ability to flex work hours based on business needs.

Nice to have

• Experience in Utilization Management, Case Management, or Clinical Care Coordination.
• Remote education/training experience.
