What you will do

• Define the technical roadmap for the web platform, including component systems, rendering architecture, CMS, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tooling.
• Apply agentic unlocks across code generation, testing, review, deployment, and production monitoring to pioneer an AI-native SDLC.
• Define evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and feedback loops to make agentic workflows reliable and production-grade.
• Own multi-layer architectural decisions for a live production platform and set standards for AI-native platform engineering.
• Mentor and grow engineers on the team, setting the bar for AI-native thinking and execution.

Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with a strong track record of technical leadership and impact.
• 3+ years of engineering leadership experience as a technical owner for software systems.
• Proven technical leadership experience owning a web platform, including design systems, rendering frameworks, edge delivery, CI/CD, and infrastructure.
• Deep hands-on expertise across the full web stack, including React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Experience executing frontend framework migrations without disrupting production.
• Strong point of view on AI-native software development and a track record of building toward it.
