What you will do

• Lead delivery and ongoing support of backend projects end-to-end.
• Contribute to the design of new features.
• Review peers’ code and advocate for standard methodologies.
• Facilitate engineering discussions and mentor junior engineers.
• Drive improvements in systems design, testing, code quality, and maintainability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience building APIs and services with Java, Python, NodeJS, and Go.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases and persistence strategies.
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Must be authorized to work in Mexico.
• Demonstrated technical leadership with impact beyond the immediate team.
