What you will do

• Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather information from diverse stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are implementable and aligned with project goals.
• Support system-level requirements analysis, allocation, and integration across complex architectures.
• Develop and maintain requirement engineering standards, templates, and best practices.

Requirements

• TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required on Day 1.
• Proven experience in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting technical requirements.
• Strong ability to act as a liaison between non-technical stakeholders and technical development teams.
• Proficiency in creating detailed requirements documentation and user stories.
• Ability to work onsite in Sterling, VA.
