Salary: $169,000 - $252,000

What you will do

• Define the technical roadmap for replenishment R&D, including demand forecasting and inventory optimization.
• Model complex supply chain challenges such as inventory decay, price elasticity, and uncertainty.
• Develop and implement scalable, production-ready code for core replenishment systems.
• Lead research initiatives for new product and business challenges.
• Mentor scientists and engineers while setting high standards for experimental rigor and design.
• Push the boundaries of AI capabilities in both product features and internal scientist workflows.

Requirements

• MS or PhD in a quantitative field (Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, CS, etc.).
• 8+ years of industry experience for MS holders or 4+ years for PhD holders.
• Proven experience building systems for large-scale decision-making under uncertainty.
• Strong proficiency in Python data stack (numpy, torch, pandas).
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex math into business requirements.
• Must be legally eligible to work without company sponsorship.
