What you will do

• Establish governance models for knowledge creation, review, maintenance, and retirement.
• Design and operationalize a centralized knowledge management system as a single source of truth.
• Own knowledge infrastructure, including platform selection, configuration, and integrations.
• Implement version controls, logging, and retrieval mechanisms to prevent policy drift.
• Develop cascading change management processes for downstream updates.
• Build feedback intake systems leveraging QA, user signals, and operational data.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Knowledge Management program in complex or operational environments.
• Strong familiarity with knowledge platforms like Guru, Notion, or Zendesk.
• Expertise in taxonomy design, information architecture, and content structuring.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating complex concepts to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, or platform operations.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted moderation workflows and their knowledge requirements.
• Background working with policy, legal, product, and vendor teams.
• Experience supporting knowledge tools for distributed or outsourced operations.
