What you will do

• Audit daily work activities to identify and correct process non-conformances.
• Initiate, manage, and close out Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) using the 8D approach.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and vendors to ensure product compliance.
• Support Quality Engineering in root cause investigations and corrective action implementation.
• Update customer issue responses within the customer portal and NCR system.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and determine product conformance.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability using 8D/NCR methodology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; sponsorship will not be provided.

Nice to have

• Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Calibration.
• Experience as a Trained Internal Auditor for internal or ISO standards.
