What you will do

• Conduct in-process inspections on the manufacturing floor to ensure product specification compliance.
• Perform receiving inspections of raw materials and components using ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 sampling plans.
• Manage non-conforming materials through the Material Review Board (MRB) process.
• Ensure complete identification and traceability within batch records per QMS requirements.
• Issue and upload COCs and COAs for various product lines.
• Implement annual process simplification and harmonization improvements for QC forms.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of Quality Control Inspector experience.
• Proficiency with measuring tools including calipers, gauges, and micrometers.
• Knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Must be based in Camarillo, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Navision Dynamics.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
