What you will do

• Develop creative concepts for mobile app promotion aligned with product strategy.
• Collaborate with UA, PMM, and UGC teams to identify key product advantages.
• Conduct research on competitors, target audiences, and social media trends to identify best practices.
• Create advertisements for Meta, Google, and other advertising networks.
• Write briefs for UGC, evaluate performance, and iterate to improve results.
• Collaborate with designers and illustrators to quickly prototype and test creative ideas.

Requirements

• Entry-level experience as a creative producer in performance marketing.
• English: B2+ required.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in conducting user and market research.
• Ability to create engaging creative strategies and content to attract users.
• Understanding of modern social media trends and target audience needs.
• Strong ideation skills combined with structured and analytical thinking.
