What you will do

• Define and execute final test and characterisation plans for power semiconductor products.
• Support prototype validation and the transfer of products to manufacturing.
• Analyse test data to optimise limits and testing methodologies.
• Perform comprehensive device characterisation, including electrical, thermal, and dynamic analysis.
• Contribute to product development through failure analysis and technical evaluation.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Operations teams to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in testing or characterisation.
• Knowledge of power semiconductors, specifically Si, SiC, and GaN.
• Experience with test systems and lab measurements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
