What you will do

• Lead a team of 6 engineers, overseeing delivery, execution quality, and technical direction.
• Contribute 30-40% hands-on to backend development using .NET 8 and .NET 10.
• Develop and maintain product toolsets using PowerShell and Azure DevOps.
• Design and implement cloud-native applications deployed to Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, testing, and release management using Azure DevOps.
• Participate in L3 on-call rotation and drive root-cause resolution for production incidents.

Requirements

• Must be located in Poland
• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on .NET backend development.
• Proven experience as a tech lead or senior engineer leading team delivery.
• Hands-on experience building and operating applications on Azure (AKS, Azure SQL, Storage).
• Solid understanding of containerized applications and Kubernetes.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably Azure DevOps.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and GitOps workflows.
• Hands-on experience with the Grafana LGTM stack.
• Experience with high-availability, production SaaS environments.
