What you will do

  • Drive technical direction and architecture for enterprise-class systems.
  • Mentor developers and foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
  • Collaborate with management to set team goals and ensure delivery against business requirements.
  • Specify non-functional requirements and ensure design feasibility.
  • Lead software testing practices, including Test-Driven Design and CI/CD.
  • Adopt AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development and solve critical problems.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of software development experience, with 2–3+ years in a lead role.
  • 3–5+ years of experience with C# and .NET.
  • Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React.
  • Experience building scalable solutions in Azure or other cloud platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead projects from conception through to delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of UI/UX principles.
  • Experience with AI-driven solutions or integrating AI models into UI workflows.
  • Familiarity with backend technologies like Node.js or Python.
