What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, performant software solutions.
• Analyze requirements, estimate tasks, and define acceptance criteria independently.
• Coordinate deadlines and technical tasks with project leadership.
• Apply best practices and coding standards to ensure system reliability.
• Drive technical standards and architecture decisions as a team lead.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in internal learning programs.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland, Croatia, or the EU
• 7+ years of experience with C# and .NET Core/.NET 8
• 3+ years of experience with React and JavaScript
• Experience with Azure microservices, AKS, and cloud-native services
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Terraform, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• English: Upper-Intermediate level required
• Prior experience in technical leadership and SLA ownership

Nice to have

• Experience with SignalR and Azure Functions
• Advanced knowledge of caching technologies like Redis
