Lead Graphic Designer (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Lead creation and management of pack shots, product imagery, lifestyle assets, and Amazon A+ content ensuring consistency and compliance
• Translate product features and marketing strategies into engaging, conversion-focused visual storytelling
• Own projects from concept to delivery including briefing, art direction, retouching, and final QA
• Manage and art direct internal and external photoshoots optimized for e-commerce
• Collaborate with marketing, product, commercial teams, suppliers, and external partners
• Support and mentor junior team members promoting quality and creative excellence

Requirements

• Location: Guildford, UK with hybrid work
• Degree-level qualification in Graphic Design or equivalent
• 5+ years experience in creative sector focused on e-commerce and digital retail
• Strong portfolio demonstrating pack shots, product imagery, and Amazon A+ content
• Expert-level Photoshop and image manipulation skills including retouching and compositing
• Experience with AI tools for photography and graphic enhancement
• Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills

• Motion design or video editing experience
