hirify.global is an international game studio developing an ambitious AAA sports simulator slated for release in 2028-2029.

What you will do

• Design end-to-end UX for gameplay features from concept through implementation.
• Create UX flows, user journeys, and Customer Journey Maps (CJMs) to simplify complex systems.
• Plan and conduct user research, including usability testing, player interviews, and surveys.
• Build wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed UX specifications.
• Analyze player behavior data and UX metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with UI Artists, Product Managers, and Developers to ensure successful implementation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional UX design experience specifically within the video game industry.
• Strong understanding of console gaming experiences and player expectations.
• Proficiency in UX research methodologies, including heatmaps and funnel analysis.
• Proven experience creating wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma, Axure, or Adobe XD.
• Ability to translate player needs and business goals into intuitive user experiences.
• Experience working within Agile development environments with cross-functional teams.
