What you will do

• Develop world-class user experiences for both hardware and software gaming projects.
• Lead the end-to-end UX design lifecycle using quantitative and qualitative metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional design, product, and engineering teams to integrate user insights.
• Advocate for user needs throughout the entire product design process.
• Present design concepts to multiple teams and senior leadership for feedback.
• Utilize tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe CS for design and rapid prototyping.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Lausanne, Switzerland 3 days a week.
• Strong portfolio showcasing an end-to-end design process and forward-thinking solutions.
• Experience in Design, Human Factors, HCI/HRI, or Interaction Design roles.
• Proficiency in user-centered design methods within a multidisciplinary environment.
• Strong ability to lead by influence and present concepts to senior leadership.
• Expertise in concept generation, visualization, and rapid prototyping.
