What you will do

• Assist customers with evaluations, benchmarks, system configurations, and installations.
• Collaborate with R&D Engineering to define product requirements and create specification documents.
• Develop sales strategies and take ownership of technical responsibilities within customer accounts.
• Demonstrate technical leadership in storage products, distributed architectures, and competitive offerings.
• Create architecture blueprints for repeatable solutions to support the sales team.
• Consult on the development and management of support organizations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting the sales of enterprise storage to large IT organizations.
• Strong understanding of unstructured data applications, analytics, and web frameworks.
• Experience delivering technical product and architecture presentations.
• Knowledge of virtualization, high-performance networking, and enterprise security.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in an unstructured environment.
