What you will do
- Refresh and modernize the visual identity and define how the brand appears across all digital and physical touchpoints.
- Act as the lead art director for major brand, marketing, and company initiatives.
- Transform complex workforce and AI topics into simple, engaging, and memorable visual stories.
- Transition the creative team from reactive delivery to a proactive, scalable operational model.
- Pioneer and implement AI-enabled creative workflows to improve speed and experimentation.
- Manage and mentor a small internal creative team and coordinate with external agencies.
Requirements
- Exceptional creative and art direction skills for global brand consistency.
- Expertise in brand systems, multi-channel campaign development, and execution.
- Experience leading small creative teams and managing complex priorities.
- Strong operational discipline regarding intake management and scalable processes.
- Adaptability in exploring emerging AI creative tools.
- Must be based in Brazil (CLT contract).
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, HR technology, or learning technology.
- Background in supporting major brand refreshes or rebrands.
- Experience with motion design, video, animation, or storyboarding.
- Knowledge of UX, web design, and digital experience principles.
- Proficiency with AI tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, or ChatGPT.
