Salary: MXN $850,000–$1,050,000 gross annual

What you will do

• Concept and design creative assets across digital, print, experiential, and social platforms.
• Lead the visual development of branded content and campaigns from initial concept through final execution.
• Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and producers to translate strategic insights into visual solutions.
• Partner with the New Business team to create high-impact pitch decks, mockups, and visual narratives.
• Mentor junior designers through collaboration, feedback, and setting professional examples.
• Ensure all deliverables are production-ready and organized according to studio standards.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional design experience in an agency, studio, or brand environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital, print, and experiential work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and art direction.
• Currently based in Mexico City (CDMX).

Nice to have

• Experience in motion design or animation.
• Proficiency in 3D design.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted creative workflows.
