What you will do

• Lead resources to load and manage Flexera entitlements, create Effective License Positions (ELP), and execute remediation activities.
• Manage ServiceNow Model Tables and the Software Catalog.
• Analyze software usage reports to identify underutilized applications and establish removal rules to optimize costs.
• Identify and document requirements to enhance SAM processes and workflows for continuous improvement.
• Act as a strategic liaison between internal Software Owners and the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) team for contract renewals and EOL planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Expertise in software licensing, contract interpretation, license metrics, and compliance calculations.
• Experience with SAM or ITAM tools such as Flexera or ServiceNow SAM Pro.
• Exposure to audit support and contract compliance activities.
• Knowledge of value realization, savings tracking, and cost-benefit analysis methodologies.
