TL;DR

IT Analyst - Applications (AI): Design and optimize AI-driven and automated solutions for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) with an accent on business analytics, reporting, and data lake capabilities. Focus on automating ITAM processes using Python, PowerShell, and the Microsoft Power Platform to improve efficiency and scalability.

Location: On-site five days a week in Piracicaba or São Paulo, Brazil

What you will do

• Identify IT Asset Management processes suitable for automation and improvement opportunities.
• Design solutions and workflows for enablement of business analytics, reporting, and AI/ML capabilities.
• Build and maintain data structures using the IT Data Lake to support IT Asset Management.
• Utilize Python and PowerShell to analyze data and provide business insights.
• Design, create, and maintain Microsoft Power BI reporting, PowerApps, and Flows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Pre-Advanced English proficiency.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, automation, and insights.
• Strong expertise in Python, Power BI, and PowerShell.
• Knowledge of computing hardware, software, infrastructure components, and current development tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with ServiceNow, Flexera, and the general asset management lifecycle.
• Knowledge of React, Java SpringBoot, Hibernate, and Azure Cloud.
• Experience with AI agents.
