Salary: $153,600 – $239,000 USD annually

• Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure GenAI and ML applications tailored to customer needs.
• Provide technical guidance and implementation support throughout the project lifecycle using AWS AI/ML services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective model training, building, and deployment strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers regarding industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Share knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical specialist, design, and architecture experience.
• 5+ years of experience hosting and deploying GenAI/ML solutions or Data Science experience.
• 8+ years of coding, data querying (SQL), and scripting (Python) experience.
• 7+ years of customer-facing, large-scale project management experience.
• 5+ years of software development with object-oriented languages.
• 3+ years of cloud-based solution (AWS or equivalent) experience.

Nice to have

• PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• AWS Professional level certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, Machine Learning Specialty).
• Hands-on experience with deep learning (Transformers, CNN, RNN, LSTM) and distributed training.
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards like HIPAA and GDPR.
