Salary: $153,600 – $239,000

What you will do

• Design and build scalable, secure GenAI and ML applications tailored to customer needs on AWS.
• Provide technical guidance and implementation support throughout the project delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define model training, building, and deployment strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor on industry trends and emerging AI/ML technologies.
• Mentor team members and create reusable technical artifacts to share knowledge.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical design, architecture, and large-scale project management.
• 5+ years of experience with databases such as SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, or Kinesis.
• 7+ years of experience implementing serverless distributed solutions.
• 5+ years of software development experience using object-oriented languages.
• 5+ years of experience hosting and deploying GenAI/ML solutions including training, fine-tuning, and inference.
• Must be based in the USA (Seattle, San Francisco, or Dallas).

Nice to have

• PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• AWS Professional level certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps, ML Specialty).
• Hands-on experience with deep learning architectures like CNN, RNN, LSTM, or Transformers.
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards such as HIPAA and GDPR.
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform.
