What you will do

• Analyze and resolve operational accounting challenges and implement process improvements.
• Support supplier onboarding and enablement to ensure compliant procurement and payment practices.
• Manage specialized supplier setup requests, including Early Pay Discount and Virtual Card initiatives.
• Monitor and resolve data discrepancies between Ariba and PeopleSoft systems.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Contracts, Procurement, and Accounts Payable teams.
• Document internal procedures and provide training to enhance team performance.

Requirements

• 2 years of Operational Accounting experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Ariba and PeopleSoft systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
