Location: On-site in Tinley Park, Illinois (must be able to drive)

Salary: Up to $100,000 base + 10% annual bonus

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for D365 F&O users.
• Train end users and create clear documentation and user guides.
• Monitor system performance and resolve ERP-related issues.
• Maintain accurate system data and assist with reporting requirements.
• Test D365 F&O updates, enhancements, and new functionality.
• Manage user access, security roles, and permissions.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• Knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or Sales modules.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Tinley Park, Illinois.
• Must be able to drive.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Power Apps.
• Experience with ERP implementation or upgrades.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, finance, or supply chain processes.
• Experience with VB, C#, ServiceNow, or Jira.
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
