What you will do

• Collect and elaborate business requirements from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Define product concepts, develop go-to-market strategies, and create detailed user stories.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies including planning, refinement, and retrospectives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and evaluate integration solutions.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and technical writers to document and present functionality.
• Provide consultations and conduct training sessions for internal teams and clients.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+ or higher).
• Deep understanding of SDLC and modern web application architectures.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding agents to build prototypes or applications.
• Strong knowledge of AI agent architectures, agentic workflows, and the MCP ecosystem.
• Proven experience collaborating with development teams on application architecture.

Nice to have

• Experience developing solutions using AI-native platforms and rapid prototyping tools.
• Background in designing business processes and integrations across CRM or ERP systems.
• Familiarity with CRM-related operational or customer experience workflows.
