What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end intake, evaluation, and onboarding of external strategic partners.
• Own documentation and contracting relationships for national strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain repeatable processes for identifying capability gaps and sourcing qualified partners.
• Collaborate across Growth, Business Development, Operations, Engineering, Legal, and Procurement departments.
• Ensure partner-supplemented solutions are commercially sound and contractually governed.
• Articulate the value proposition of partnerships to both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in energy efficiency, renewable energy, or related fields.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic or channel partnerships.
• Experience negotiating and managing commercial agreements like MSAs, teaming agreements, and SOWs.
• Strong understanding of demand side management and regulated energy markets.
• Proficiency in financial and commercial analysis with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
