Location: Remote (Must have legal authorization to work in Romania)

What you will do

  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer and close for GTM and Technical roles.
  • Build proactive pipelines through sourcing, partnerships, and market mapping.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to run intake and calibration conversations.
  • Manage funnel performance, including pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-fill.
  • Drive pace and momentum across multiple concurrent searches in a globally distributed environment.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve hiring processes and workflows.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience hiring for GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) or Technical functions.
  • Experience hiring across Americas and/or EMEA regions.
  • Legal authorization to work in Romania without requiring employer sponsorship.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and manage work independently.
  • Strong sourcing capability and pipeline-building discipline.

Nice to have

  • Background in a SaaS or other dynamic, high-growth environment.
