What you will do

• Lead creative execution and translate client needs into effective design strategies across digital and print mediums.
• Design high-quality branding materials, including brochures, infographics, social media collaterals, and 2D/3D animations.
• Create accurate visual representations of scientific data and research findings through charts, graphs, and tables.
• Develop digital assets such as emailers, web banners, and basic HTML-based landing pages.
• Mentor and guide junior designers to build team capabilities and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Manage multiple creative projects in parallel, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
• 12–17 years of experience in graphic design with a strong professional portfolio.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably within a creative agency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
