What you will do

• Own global PR strategy, including narrative priorities, media mapping, pitching approach, and a rolling annual PR calendar aligned to commercial priorities.
• Lead senior media relations end to end: manage top journalist/editor relationships, draft and edit press materials, and handle major news announcements.
• Run executive profiling and personal brand building for senior leaders, including pipeline of profile opportunities and coaching ahead of media engagements.
• Develop and manage thought leadership programmes, commissioning and placing content aligned to brand positioning and amplified across channels.
• Manage influencer and analyst relations through structured engagement programmes and co-created content.
• Lead crisis and issues communications, own PR performance reporting and ROI measurement, and manage the PR function budget.

Requirements

• A proven track record as a senior PR leader in a B2B, marketing services, creative, or professional services environment with results in tier-one business/marketing/trade media.
• Established senior relationships with journalists, editors, and media decision-makers relevant to marketing, creative, and business press.
• Experience leading a PR function/programme with full strategic ownership and measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience building executive profiles and working directly with C-suite leadership.
• Experience running PR programmes across multiple markets, including the UK, North America, and EMEA.
• Exceptional writing skills for press releases, bylines, opinion pieces, pitches, and executive briefing materials.
