Salesforce Specialist

Location: On-site in Lisbon, Portugal; candidates must be based in Portugal and hold Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit.

What you will do

• Administer a live Salesforce production org, including user access, configuration, and ongoing operational issues.
• Configure and maintain Sales Cloud for retail-facing users in high-turnover environments.
• Manage products and pricing through Product2, price books, and product catalogs.
• Evaluate the quality and completeness of Salesforce deliverables from external vendors.
• Communicate and justify technical decisions involving Salesforce configuration and API integrations.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Valid Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Experience managing a live production org rather than only sandbox or project-based environments.
• Fluency in Portuguese at C1 level and English at B1 level.
• Availability for on-site work in Lisbon and eligibility to work in Portugal through Portuguese/EU citizenship or a valid work permit.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2C Commerce.
• Experience with Platform App Builder or Platform Developer.
