What you will do
- Execute MEAL Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and systems at the Area Office level.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative data collection using surveys, key informant interviews, and focus group discussions.
- Ensure accurate data entry, cleaning, and organization within MEAL databases.
- Verify project activities, distribution lists, and beneficiary data through field visits.
- Support project teams with capacity building on MEAL tools and processes.
- Manage documentation, indicator profiles, and monitoring reports to ensure quality control.
Requirements
- Legal right to work in Ukraine (no visa sponsorship provided).
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in data collection.
- Proficiency in mobile data collection systems (KoboCollect, ODK Collect).
- Fluency in spoken and written Ukrainian language.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in social sciences, statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the English language.
- Experience working with vulnerable groups.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
