What you will do

• Execute MEAL Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and systems at the Area Office level.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative data collection using surveys, key informant interviews, and focus group discussions.
• Ensure accurate data entry, cleaning, and organization within MEAL databases.
• Verify project activities, distribution lists, and beneficiary data through field visits.
• Support project teams with capacity building on MEAL tools and processes.
• Manage documentation, indicator profiles, and monitoring reports to ensure quality control.

Requirements

• Legal right to work in Ukraine (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in data collection.
• Proficiency in mobile data collection systems (KoboCollect, ODK Collect).
• Fluency in spoken and written Ukrainian language.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in social sciences, statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the English language.
• Experience working with vulnerable groups.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
