What you will do

• Lead qualitative and mixed-methods analysis, including thematic coding and synthesis of protection data.
• Develop and produce quarterly protection analysis reports, analytical briefs, and area-based analysis outputs.
• Maintain and update the protection monitoring dashboard in Power BI to ensure accurate data visualization.
• Collaborate with MEAL, Case Management, Legal Aid, Child Protection, and WPE teams to synthesize cross-sector insights.
• Coordinate with the Protection Cluster on data collection and analysis for the Protection Risk Monitoring System.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to colleagues on analytical thinking and interpretation of protection trends.

Requirements

• University degree in social sciences, protection studies, international relations, data analysis, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in protection analysis, humanitarian research, or policy analysis.
• Proven experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis using tools like MAXQDA, ATLAS.ti, or Power BI.
• Experience working in humanitarian or conflict-affected contexts, preferably within an INGO.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Ukrainian required.
• Based in Kyiv, Ukraine (minimum 70% presence).
