What you will do
- Create high-quality brand assets across digital and print, including campaigns, social media, and event materials.
- Develop and maintain scalable brand frameworks, templates, and reusable design patterns.
- Manage and optimize the Digital Asset Management platform (Frontify) to ensure brand consistency.
- Translate strategic concepts into compelling visual narratives for diverse European markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including copywriters, motion designers, and marketers.
- Provide mentorship and feedback to junior designers and freelance creatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or visual communication.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, campaigns, and multi-channel creative work.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Deep understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to balance conceptual creativity with systematic, scalable execution.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
Nice to have
- Experience with Digital Asset Management systems like Frontify.
- Previous experience mentoring or guiding junior creatives.
- Knowledge of AI-driven creative trends.
