What you will do

• Create high-quality brand assets across digital and print, including campaigns, social media, and event materials.
• Develop and maintain scalable brand frameworks, templates, and reusable design patterns.
• Manage and optimize the Digital Asset Management platform (Frontify) to ensure brand consistency.
• Translate strategic concepts into compelling visual narratives for diverse European markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including copywriters, motion designers, and marketers.
• Provide mentorship and feedback to junior designers and freelance creatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or visual communication.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, campaigns, and multi-channel creative work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Deep understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to balance conceptual creativity with systematic, scalable execution.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.

Nice to have

• Experience with Digital Asset Management systems like Frontify.
• Previous experience mentoring or guiding junior creatives.
