What you will do
- Build and evolve the brand identity through high-quality designs for social media ads, email campaigns, print collateral, and trade show environments.
- Deliver innovative conceptual thinking for both internal and external facing brand outputs.
- Collaborate with the design team and Head of Brand & Content Marketing to execute creative campaigns.
- Co-create and maintain design systems and patterns, ensuring modularity, usability, and accessibility.
- Act as a custodian of the brand, establishing and promoting design guidelines and best practices.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in London and work from the office 5 days a week.
- Proven experience in 360° marketing design, including digital ads, print, and physical brand touchpoints.
- Expertise in creating static and motion assets for paid social channels (Meta, YouTube, Google).
- High proficiency in motion graphics to bring digital assets to life.
- Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and the use of AI tools.
- Strong organizational skills to manage large-scale projects, localization, and scalable templates.

- Experience in writing punchy and effective ad copy to complement visual designs.
