TL;DR

Brand Designer (Marketing): Developing and evolving the hirify.global brand across social, email, print, and physical environments with an accent on multidisciplinary design and commercial impact. Focus on creating high-performing motion and static assets for paid social and maintaining a scalable design system.

Location: On-site in London; must work from the office five days per week

What you will do

  • Build and evolve the brand identity through high-quality designs for social media ads, email campaigns, print collateral, and trade show environments.
  • Deliver innovative conceptual thinking for both internal and external facing brand outputs.
  • Collaborate with the design team and Head of Brand & Content Marketing to execute creative campaigns.
  • Co-create and maintain design systems and patterns, ensuring modularity, usability, and accessibility.
  • Act as a custodian of the brand, establishing and promoting design guidelines and best practices.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in London and work from the office 5 days a week.
  • Proven experience in 360° marketing design, including digital ads, print, and physical brand touchpoints.
  • Expertise in creating static and motion assets for paid social channels (Meta, YouTube, Google).
  • High proficiency in motion graphics to bring digital assets to life.
  • Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and the use of AI tools.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage large-scale projects, localization, and scalable templates.

Nice to have

  • Experience in writing punchy and effective ad copy to complement visual designs.
