A rapidly growing Health-Tech company disrupting the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) sector with a next-generation drug acquisition platform.

What you will do

• Prepare a high volume of deliverables that illustrate the company’s value proposition for sales teams.
• Collect and clean large data files into standardized Excel templates for analysis.
• Produce data-driven reports using business insights tools.
• Review and refine client-ready deliverables using document management tools like Adobe.
• Track and manage the status of sales deliverables within Salesforce.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses via Excel and ensure quality through audit processes.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of professional experience in fast-paced sales or customer support environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience managing high-volume queues of standardized requests.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Must be based in the United States (indicated by 401k and US-specific health benefits).

• Experience using SQL and/or BI tools.
