What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Anaplan (Polaris) solution design across Group and BU levels, translating business requirements into robust architectural solutions.
• Drive system integration and technical governance, overseeing seamless data flows between Anaplan and platforms like Databricks.
• Champion an AI-first approach, leveraging AI capabilities to accelerate development and define measurable adoption goals.
• Collaborate with business leaders, developers, and data architects to ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Establish architecture standards and ensure compliance with security and quality guidelines.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Financial Planning with official Anaplan Solution Architect certification (Polaris preferred).
• 5+ years of proven delivery in FP&A processes and solution architecture.
• Expertise in enterprise frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and SaaS security and compliance principles.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks/Datalake concepts and Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Fluent English proficiency for cross-functional collaboration and professional documentation.
• Must be able to maintain a regular physical presence in the Zurich office.

Nice to have

• Technical skills in Cloud (AWS), Python, and Data Science.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with JIRA and ServiceNow.
