What you will do

• Develop and execute a global performance marketing strategy to achieve daily spend targets of $100k+.
• Lead high-budget UA campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads (Search, Display, App, YouTube).
• Manage multi-million dollar budgets with full autonomy, optimizing for ROI and scale.
• Research, test, and launch new acquisition channels from the ground up to reach untapped audiences.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative teams to identify growth levers and improve funnels.
• Establish measurement frameworks and translate complex data into executive-level strategic insights.

Requirements

• 7+ years of senior-level experience in performance marketing.
• Proven track record of scaling daily UA budgets to $100k+.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Google Ads and App Install Networks.
• Proficiency in attribution modeling, unit economics, and complex performance data analysis.
• Must be based in Berlin for on-site work.
• Experience in mobile apps, fintech, or gaming is highly preferred.
