What you will do
- Provide accurate, timely technical support to customers via Slack, chat, or email.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems; escalate complex issues to R&D or Product when needed.
- Document solutions and log all interactions in the support system.
- Educate customers on product features and maintain a professional, supportive communication style.
- Continuously improve technical skills through ongoing training to deliver top-tier support.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Technical Support, Technical Account Management, or Escalation Engineering (not internal IT support).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Hands-on experience with MySQL.
- Experience with cloud technologies plus containerization (Docker), networking, Linux, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with OpenSearch and Grafana for troubleshooting and analysis.
- Cybersecurity experience with an emphasis on cloud environments.
