What you will do

• Design and execute system-level test cases, focusing on scale and performance in strenuous environments.
• Collaborate with the development team to root-cause issues through systematic experimentation and automation.
• Create detailed bug reports characterizing system failures and their impact on customer operations.
• Work with Technical Support to reproduce, debug, and resolve customer-reported issues.
• Contribute to the improvement of user interfaces and APIs to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• BSCS/CE degree with 3+ years of experience or MS degree in telecommunications, computer networking, or related field.
• Proven experience in designing, deploying, managing, and troubleshooting IP and Ethernet networks.
• Proficiency in at least 3 networking protocols such as BGP, OSPF, ISIS, VRRP, LACP, STP, IP Multicast, ECMP, VXLAN, MPLS, or EVPN.
• Strong experience with Linux and related technologies like KVM, Docker, Kubernetes, Hadoop, or Hbase.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or TCL.
• Strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with provisioning and deployment frameworks like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• CCIE certification.
