What you will do

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers in Korea and globally.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within SaaS and software products.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to address product bottlenecks.
  • Lead escalation responses and manage customer expectations through regular review calls.
  • Document solutions in the knowledge base and provide proactive technical guidance.
  • Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation schedule.

Requirements

  • Must be based in South Korea
  • Proficiency in Korean and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical support, preferably in enterprise security software.
  • Strong knowledge of Database Administration (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL) and Windows/Unix platforms.
  • Experience with Java/J2EE application servers and web technologies like JavaScript and SOAP.
  • Understanding of Cloud concepts, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
